How do I book a car?

Cancellation & Refund Policy

How can I check cancellation terms?
During booking, look for links labeled “Terms & Conditions”, “Cancellation Policy”, or hover over the info icon near the vehicle rate.
After booking, your email confirmation or voucher will clearly list your cancellation conditions.

Refundable vs Non-Refundable:

  • Refundable: Cancel before a set time with no fee.
  • Non-Refundable: No refund if cancelled or no-show.

Where do I pick up the car?
Pickup locations are listed on your booking confirmation. We serve major airports, hotels, and city centers across Fiji.

What documents do I need?
Bring your valid driver’s license, passport/ID, and booking confirmation. An international driving permit may be required if your license isn’t in English.

Can someone else drive the car?
Yes, but the additional driver must be listed in the booking and provide valid ID and license at pickup.

Vehicle & Insurance

Are your vehicles insured?
Yes. All rentals come with basic insurance. You can opt for additional coverage for extra peace of mind during booking.

What if the car breaks down?
Call our 24/7 roadside assistance number provided in your confirmation. We’ll send help immediately.

Can I choose the exact car model?
You’ll book by vehicle category (e.g., SUV, Economy). We’ll do our best to provide your selected model or an equivalent one.

Payment & Charges

When do I pay?
Depending on your booking type, you may pay in advance or at pickup. Details will be shown during checkout.

Are there any hidden fees?
